Code completion for Class name (Ctrl+Alt+space) does not include
subordinate classes in the list. By subordinate classes, I mean classes
(neither inner nor nested classes) that are in a java file at the same
level as the primary class that has the same name as the java file
itself. Subordinate classes are not allowed to be public and are the
unamed package accessibility. IDEA is intelligent enough to do the right
thing when it comes to full fledged classes that are not public (it only
shows them when you are in their package), so the underpinings are there
to handle subordinate classes.

Thanks,
Jon
