Andrew, two observations: Firstly, if you double-click on the "Pop-up Hints" box, then guess what? The pop-up hints go away.
Secondly, if you adopt a confrontational attitude like that on a list full of people who are quite fond of using the most productivity-enhancing IDE they have ever seen (especially after you have only "barely begun this project") then don't expect to be taken too seriously.
