No, that's not good enough. I want the pop-up 99 times out of 100, but in that case where I don't want to deal with it yet (or can't deal with it yet), I want it to notify me once and then STOP. I can come back later and hit ALT-ENTER if that's what I want (or change the class name).
One of the huge problems I had is that I wanted to change the class name (from a cut-n-paste). but I couldn't becuase that pop up wouldn't go away, and it was *covering* the class name I wanted to change! I could NOT make the change, and it was VERY frustrating. I finally had to just alt-enter, accept the import, make the change, and then go back and delete the damn import. When I dismiss that pop up, it should go away and *stay away*. This is a *bug*, not a feature.
