My project has 3 source trees in it. I have specified a separate output path for each.
One of the source trees has a 'config' directory with properties files in it. When I build my project in 628, the directory with the properties files gets copied to each of the output destinations as well as to IntelliJ's own system/output/... sub-branch. This is exceptionally confusing. Now if I edit one of the properties files in the orig location, the change is not found when I run. One of the copies is being accessed.
