First point is that it takes two steps to make a private inner class a standalone, whould be good to move the class in one go having a choice of the destination package.
Another point: the class gets "package" visibility after this, i.e. the IDEA removes "private" modifier. It would be nice if there was a choice of how to change the visibility or some sort of hint when package-visible class is moved outside the "home" package.
