Well, should it really do that? IMO, indenting lines is for horizontal
adjustments only. To reformat code (whole file, current selection, or whole
project), use Tools->Layout Code (Ctrl-Alt-F), and check the "Reformat
code" option; this should work according to the Code Style IDE options,
removing unwanted blank lines...
