How about updating excluded.properties file in junit.jar ?

excluded.5=java.*
excluded.6=org.w3c.dom.*

excluded.8=net.jini.*
Otherwise we will get LinkageError when using XML interfaces.
(It is related to JDK1.4 and JUnit GUI TestRunner with custom class loader )
