Run configurations seem to be stored in the .iws file instead of the .ipr file. This is bad for team development. I thought it used to be the other way around. Ideally it would be nice to have an option for each run configuration allowing the user to choose whether to associate it with the project or not. If this can't be done, I think it would be much better if run configurations were stored with the project.
