I have problems loading my live templates made with a previous build: all
templates in "user" group were not loaded. Also, when I tried to recreate
all the templates with #632 at some point it would not load them at the next
startup.
After some analysis I found the culprit in one of the templates containing
an "umlaut" character ('�'). When I replaced that single character it was
loading the template file (user.xml) ok.
