Please don't fix this.  This is my favourite bug - it's been around since
2.0.  I would be very upset to see it fixed in a future build.  :)

The following line 2 which creates a non-static inner class outside of the 
outer class couldn't be handled by IDEA. It couldn't be layouted and it is 
highlited as error (but it could be compiled).

This is a very annoying bug, because in some classes we often use inner 
class creation in a special context. IDEA will highlite many errors in such 
a class.

1: OuterClass outer = new OuterClass();
2: OuterClass.InnerClass inner = outer.new InnerClass();
