I am also seeing that multi-dimensional arrays have the 2nd index marked as an
error when both dimensions are specified:
            ACDataValue[][] plotValues = new ACDataValue[children.size()][3];
                                                                          ~~
Although it seems to be happy when the second dimension is not specified, as in
the following:
            ACDataValue[][] plotValues = new ACDataValue[children.size()][];

Another problem I see is that multi-dimensional arrays (e.g. new
String[5][5]) always have the 2nd index marked as an error.
