Hello Kevin, I understand your problem now. The reason of this behaviour is that $FilePath$ is calculated based on currently focused component. "run" tool window doen't have necessary information for calculating $FilePath$ value. When you click into the tab's title area, component in the tabbed pane doesn't get the focus (and this is desired behaviour in this case).
