Hit enter on a read only file to invoke the checkout, and then kept hitting
enter to ok the next few dialogs. I think I hit enter a little too quickly,
because one of the enters registered in the file again instead of on a
dialog, so a second dialog popped up telling me the file was read-only again
and would I like to check it out.
