I'm on Win2K as well. I've been using EAP for several versions and haven't
had this problem before.

Each time I restart IDEA, all of the code style options are reset to
default. In fact, the timestamp of each xml file under config/options is
updated every time I start the application (why are they touched?). But
only the code styles appear to be overwritten with defaults.

I'll go back to 629 and try again with the next release :-(

-David

(PS. As I've mentioned before, it's very difficult to maintain a consistent
coding style among a group of developers when the code style preferences are
forced to be local to each developer.)
