Not sure if this is a bug or intentional:
Markup is correctly highlighted in Javadocs except when the cursor is on the line where the markup background colour is not applied and appears to be overridden by the "caret row" background colour. This does not happen for other elements in my files with a background colour. For example, I have TODOs setup to have a bright yellow background and this is preserved when the caret is on the row.
