There's no reason that Introduce Local/Field can't be mapped to Ctrl-Alt-L (which is already doing that anyway) and leave Ctrl-Alt-F as it is.
It's a real pain when you're pairing with lots of people using different (older) builds to have to switch between key mappings for well-established functionality. Mind you, I won't lose any sleep over it... I like the idea of "Introduce Parameter" by the way - I do that a lot!
