When I set the "Synchronize Output Directory" checkmark then after compiling not only the source files are synchronized. Also all the resource files (in "Resource patterns"), that may contain picrutres, .xml, .properties files are deleted from the source path. If you clear the "Resource patterns" field, then the resource files will not be deployed. That's the problem: how to correctly synchronize the contents of the output directory and deploy all the resources.
