Its a function of file length. 20 is too much for a file of 100 lines, but maybe not 
for one of
1000.

I wouldn't change it unless the size of the file is below some minimum thershold. (or 
use a
function:  "Min(.05*numLinesInFile,20) )

That would give you something less than 20 for small files, but 20 for large files.
