External Resources seem to have changed in #634. In builds as recent as #632
(I never installed #633) having my tld files listed in External Resources
allowed me to use the JSP tag auto-complete and validation features. It seems
this is nolonger the case. On thing I noticed is that the file path separators
are no longer retranslated when I edit a Ext Resource via the IDE Options
dialog. The paths always have been stored in other.xml with translated paths
(i.e.. "/" instead or "\" like I enter them for Win2k). Now in #634 the paths
are no re-translated and show exactly what is in the other.xml (i.e. wrong path
separators). Could this be why tld files are no longer resolved? The XML dtd
files I specified seem to work fine still.
