I noticed this yesterday too - I thought I was going mad for a while there ;-) I can't connect to Orion remotely since installing 635.
Additionally, I think Idea is getting confused about which run configuration is being used. I have two configurations set up - "Orion (Local)" and "Orion (Remote)". However when I run Orion (Local) and then close it by clicking on the red X in the run window, Idea will ask me if I want to "Terminate Process Orion (Remote)"... Note that I'm running WinXP, and using JDK1.4.0_01 for both Idea and running Orion. I've rolled back to 634 for now.
