Even though it shows two IDEA windows, I believe only 1 IDEA "program" is
actually running.  You are seeing 2 frames for one IDEA instance.  (I think
I got that right).  To close only 1 project, you actually have to go to
File...Close Project.  That's it.  You'll be left with 1 frame of IDEA.
