I posted a message earlier today about config files being deleted by IDEA
when it's trying to modify them. The exception that is thrown is an "access
denied" exception. When I tried to delete the IDEA directory, Windows gave
me an "access denied" error.

Does anyone know how I can get Windows to tell me why access is denied? My
guess is that some process has the file open; is there some way to list the
files that are open by various processes? (As you can probably guess, I'm no
Windows expert.)
