Hello Christopher! Looks like you have an installed plugin that tries to add its action(s) to the editor menu. Editor menu's id was recently renamed, and plugin uses the old name. By the way, this exception is harmless, and the 'lost' actions are placed in the "Other" submenu of the main menu.
