Title: [Eap-bugs] #636: context menu does not work for directories in floating windows

To reconstruct:

1. "float" the "commander" window.
2. right click on one of the directories.
3. select one of the items.

Results: nothing happens.

It works if the window is "fixed".
It works if a file is selected.

java 1.4.0_01 on winnt 4.0.
