I was adding an exception to a method signature when by accident I chose that I want
to add the exception to the whole method hierarchy but the file was is in the jar file
and
I got an "Internal error occurred" dialog and the exception. Expected: some error
message
(or maybe IDEA shouldn't give the option in this case).
