I have attached 3 JSP files.
testBegin.jsp and testEnd.jsp are wrapper header and footer JSPs that put a
try/catch block around whatever JSP includes them.
Locale loc1 is defined in testBegin.jsp, _before_ the try.
Locale loc2 is defined in testBegin.jsp, _inside_ the try.
test1.jsp includes both files, and tries to output loc1 and loc2. loc2 is
not found by IDEA, even though upon compilation in Tomcat/ServletExec/etc,
it is found.
IDEA needs to realize that the try{ in testBegin.jsp is closed and caught in
the testEnd.jsp.
