Hi Michael,

Read/write checkboxes are gone, you are right. Instead, there are "show read
access" and "show write access" filter buttons on the "Usages" panel
toolbar.
As for "usages" word, I personally agree that "uses" would be better, but
the problem is that this term is historically formed and because of this it
is unlikely to change...

"Usage" is "a firmly established and generally accepted practice or
procedure" or "the action, amount, or mode of using" (Merriam-Webster's
Collegiate Dictionary). A better choice would be "uses" or "references".
Even "usage" (singular) would be better.
