Did you find a way to look at and edit such files from within Idea once the
exist?

In one of our projects in a unix environment we have lots of unix scripts
without extension and I haven't found a way edit them in Idea.

A real PITA IMO.

I'd like to see an option to tell Idea to consider all files without
extension as text files.
