Yes, I would say that build.xml editing has gotten worse than #650. Specifically, on a 1200 line build.xml, I get 2 second or longer pauses in the following situations: 1. Go to the end of an existing tag and press enter. E.g.: <foo>blah</foo>[ENTER] 2. Press TAB to indent from the left margin 3. Type < 4. Type a tag name 5. Press > I get pauses after each step.
