I've had this problem for the past few builds (147 & 150), at least. Sometimes when I right click on a variable or some such, then go to the Refactor sub-menu, the top part of that menu is not visible. This happens when the item selected is near the middle of the screen. The first menu pop's "down", the second one pop's "up", and there doesn't seem to be room for it. Has anyone else seen this? Is it fixed in 151?
