We keep some project related info in Excel documents, stored in the project hierarchy.
problem 1 : we cannot see the Exell files, from IDEA commander.
problem 2 : we cannot launch/open the Exell files from IDEA.
Request 1 : provide a way to display non-IDEA file type
(maybe add a "non-viewable" recognize file type
Request 2 : provide a way to open them from the commander.
