Hi Anton, system is: Idea Build # 450, OS = Windows NT 4, JKD = 1.3.0 by Sun
Programm called is: CMD.EXE Parameters: /C <somePath>\convert.bat $FileDir$\$FileName$ Working directory <somePath> convert.bat is java -cp classes Converter %1 This converts some special characters in the file. <somePath> is the path where 'classes' lies. The program runs successfully, that means, the file is correctly changed. But the change does not appear in Idea.
