The integration with VSS is progressing nicely, however I'd like to see the
following changes (in order of importance):
1: Support multi-line checkin comments
2: An option for "remembering the last used checkin comment". When active
the checkin comment used would be placed in the checkin dialog the next
time the dialog appeared for acceptance or editing - very useful when
checking in several files modified as a set.
3: Make the popup dialog boxes remember the options set in their last
appearance.
Eg - it's a pain to continually have to tick the "ignore
whitespace" option in the diff options dialog.
4: Provide an option for "don't show this dialog box again", which of
course requires some ability in the IDE for re-enabling the dialog
box. VSS's own GUI has an "Only show this dialog if SHIFT is pressed" on
most dialog boxes. In this fashion it's possible to do away with many of
the dialog boxes that appear and require you to do nothing except hit "Ok"
(in normal usage).
