+10 for the ability to have differing sets of config for the whole ide, 
rather than just the keymaps.

I don't really mind whether it's implemented as "config set A/B/C" (where 
each config set contains all config-sub-sets 
appearance/codestyle/keymap/etc) or at the config-sub-set level.
