Another way to launch IntelliJ without seeing the command prompt is to use a
java script launcher.  In fact this is exactly what I do, I've attached
mine.  If you have IE 4 or later then I think that you should be able to run
it just by double clicking.

You need to edit a few paths again.  BTW if you want to trace the execution
then change the call to RunAsync to RunSync.
