Sometimes I missed this feature very much (for example - in deep debug session, when I check a differences between two states of a large component tree, or exploring a large class hierarchies).
I guess, this will be a convenient feature. Tree content may be exported in XML, even a built-in viewer may exists (with internal DTDs - debug/hierarchy/project etc - support).
