This could be solved by having smart javadoc elements (please PLEASE let that be part of Ariadna!). In the class javadoc you could have: @see test.foo.SomeTestCase and then just hit ctrl-B to jump to that class. Congratulations to all at IntelliJ for the 2.5 release - I've converted about 30 people here to using IDEA between the releases of 2.0 and 2.5.
