Just a FYI: There's an option in XP to turn that off for all programs.
(Finally!!) But it would be nice to be in IDEA for people running non-XP M$
systems.

Subject: [Eap-features] Option to turn off attention grabbing.

My pet hate in Windoze is programs that demand your attention constantly by
continually bringing themselves into focus. I would like to see an option to
turn off this behaviour in IntelliJ. Most annoying when starting it up (it
requests focus twice when its not even ready!) and at the end of
compilation.
