I love the new ability to specify libraries for the project paths.
However, I think it would be advantageous to allow a library to also
specify a series of required libraries. Therefore, if I want to use a
library ("Library A") that depends on the XML libraries ("XML Library"),
I would like to be able to have my project require only "Library A" and
pull in the "XML Library" because "Library A" depends on it.
