This would be really great. I would suggest possibly allowing it through
drag and drop in some kind of structure view-like display - or a popup
list view. Of course, Idea should be smart about grabbing any Javadoc
that goes along with the piece that is moved and possibly allowing you
to adjust this with something like ctrl-W. Maybe it could bring move the
editor to and highlight the method/field you click on in the structure
view. Moving multiple methods/fields might be nice...

Title says it all really -- a way of reordering the methods/fields/inner
classes of a class from a neat little list rather than having to copy
chunks of actual code around.

I'm sure this counts as a refactoring, as it improves code organisation.
