A few suggestions that would make the javadoc completion *faster* and nicer
(in my opinion...)

- Have an IDE option to always write the parameters, rather than only doing
it if its overloaded and after putting a '(' after the method name.
     OR Always write the parameters, but have the method name without any
parameters as one of the options in the popup list.

- The parameter types in method references shouldn't need to be
fully-qualified if the named class is imported. I'd love an option to not
fully-qualify them, and just import the referred classes if it isn't
already. There would still need to be fully-qualified names in the case of
namespace clashes in the imports.
