Upcoming library support will help you solve the problem.  Your project will not store paths to jars at all but you will have to have the same set of libraries on different machines.

 

We will rework the file chooser a bit.  The project home could be included there, but what should it be?  The directory with the .ipr file?

Is it possible to make classpaths all relative to the project?  If not could you add it.  It's a pain if I move the project sources to a different directory or across machines because all my classpaths are screwed up.

Also could you add a project home button in the dialogs for selecting files, classpaths etc.  It always stays to last directory.  It would be nice to have a button that jumps you to your project home directory.
