The Intellij editor's parser needs to highlight a method signature where it
is incorrectly being declared abstract but also being implemented. To
explain further, if you take the following example method it used to be
defined as an abstract method with a semi-colon after the parenthesis.
However, it got changed to implement the method and the abstract keyword was
taken out correctly but not the semi-colon. The parser at the moment
highlights the variables a,b,c as unused but should highlight the whole
signature to show the developer that the semi-colon should not be there or
at least the abstract keyword should be there. From here the if the
developer was to insert an abstract keyword it should then highlight private
and abstract to show that this is an illegal combination. If the private
keyword is then changed to a less restrictive modifier (protected or public)
it should complain about abstract and static being an illegal combination.
After the static is taken out it should then complain that this class should
be declared abstract (with the class declaration underlined in red) as it
does not define the method "testAndRemove".
