In general, I don't add paths from the JDK to my project paths, as it increases the size of the project - memory, search time etc. However, I sometimes want to do searches in e.g. Swing, to find out how it works (does anyone know...?). I would find it useful if I could add Swing to my project path, but disable it. This is basically a shortcut for adding/removing it from my project as I require it, but makes it much simpler and quicker to do.
