The pane titles should change colour when performing a function. To
elaborate, if a pane has tabs that are busy searching or running a process
the enclosing pane with a title like "Message", "Find", "Run" or "CVS"
should change from the normal black colour to say green. Also in the case of
the messages pane it could change to a colour to show that the user needs
has yet to view the output as it has finished but not visible. This last one
is useful in compilation tabs within the messages pane which could be green
when one of the tabs is compiling and become purple (or whatever colour) if
the "Message" pane has been hidden and the user has not viewed it yet.
Also the "Run" pane's tab titles should have different colours depending on
whether a process is still running or stopped. Currently, a play icon has
been inserted to the right of the title but these do not update if the
process has been stopped or started.
