It would be very handy to be able to move variables/methods/selected code. Variables and methods could be arranged using grag'n'drop in the structure view, selected code could be moved with ctrl-shift-up/down or whatever. Moving newly created methods/variable declarations is a usual operation after some refactorings; ctrl-W+ctrl-W+ctrl-W+shift-del+pgDown+shift-Ins takes a lot of time :)
