Well, sure #1 is necessary for everybody, I guess.
And for those doing some JSP, #2 would be usefull too.
But, you're all right, my third suggestion is a bit redundant with the
auto-completion already provided.

So let's keep in mind (for our beloved IntelliJ IDEA's developpers ;o) :

#1 : when writing line comments, allow to automagically add // on the
following line, when we hit enter in the middle of the line
#2 : be able to surround an HTML block with another tag
