I can settle for the standard "move a word to the right/left" combination <ctrl>+<right> or <ctrl>+<left>. Why not? There are in a sense still "word boundaries" inside the multiword. This gives somewhat more keystrokes if you want to go a long way in your line of code but I can live with that. No problem.
