Its nice that IDEA separates template groups into xml files, but I don't see
a way (other than directly moving around configuration files) of disabling
an entire group.

It would be nice if IDEA had a default group enabled with 5-10 templates
that everyone uses. They could then pack as many templates as they want
into other groups, and simply leave them disabled.

This might require some enhancements to the configuration panel for live
templates (the table could be collapsible by group, for example), but for
the most part, it should be a simple change.
