An integrated TestRunner - an old request, btw - would be, well, better
integrated. My main reason for sticking to textUI is that I can launch
it with 1 key (well, 2) : [Shift-F10= RunClass].
No switching, no clicking, just a pressing.

- could be ignored (user choice of the 2 colors)
- is very easy to implement (high ROI)
